Lesson Length

Lesson length is thirty minutes weekly. One hour lessons are available for advanced students. Lessons are scheduled in four week increments.

Rates

Rates for private woodwind lessons are $80.00 for 4 thirty-minute lessons, or $160.00 for 4 one-hour lessons. Payment is due at the first lesson of each four lesson block.

Make-up Lessons

If a student is unable to make a scheduled lesson, a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation is required. If a student fails to give a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation, the student will be charged for the lesson as a cancellation fee. No make-up lesson will be scheduled. Exceptions can be made in the case of illness or inclement weather conditions. Please note, I cannot guarantee a make-up lesson even if a 24-hour notice of cancellation is given. It is the student's responsibility to attend the scheduled lessons.

Practice

Students are expected to practice daily. Thirty minutes per day for beginning students and one hour per day for advanced students is recommended, however it may occasionally take more time to cover the assigned material.
